New-generation competitiveness upgrade strategy
　　The “economic miracle” of Taiwan was a role model to other developing nations. CPC was fortunately enough to witness the historical glory with the industries in Taiwan. The “Industrial Automation Service Taskforce” had worked with the specialists in industry, government, academy, and research institute since 1982 to activate quality reformation with the four pleas of reasonable operation, standard process, automatic production, and information management.
　　The “Industrial Automation Service Taskforce” was merged into CPC in 1987 to continuously fight for the upgrade of industrial competitiveness in Taiwan taking as a whole. The competitiveness of Taiwan had declined in 2006. It was an alert of Taiwan’s competitiveness falling behind competitors. Being an institute dedicated to help upgrade industrial productivity and quality, CPC is obliged to help boost up industrial development and inherits the spirit of “Industrial Automation Service Taskforce” making another miracle possible.
　　In response to the said demand, CPC has the “Business Excellence Service Taskforce” promoted to awaken the enthusiasm of industry pursuing excellence. CPC is determined to help domestic medium and small businesses become excellence with the business management of industrial assistance, business self-evaluation, optimal practice, knowledge innovation, talents incubation, information technology, and education & training.
