In prospect of this constantly changing era, the Business Excellence Service Taskforce in Agriculture will provide a rapid innovation management and knowledge service platform, work with the industrial, official, academic, and research consultants and specialists, and implement the knowledge and energy cumulated from arranging large governmental projects to integrate agricultural technology platform, structure agriculture technology service network, upgrade business management energy, and link to production and sales value chain. The Business Excellence Service Taskforce in Agriculture will guide internal reformation, breakthrough business deployment, and help industry review its core competence through business excellence service and i-Bench learning; also, integrate the assistance of government to provide customized service to agriculture, Farmers Association, and agricultural enterprises in order to upgrade agricultural added value and competitiveness and to crate a new era of agriculture in Taiwan.

　　Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan has striven to integrate production and management technology, adjust industrial per se, promote reasonable process and production and sales since the “Reducing Agricultural Production and Sales Cost Program” was promoted in order to reduce cost, upgrade quality, and reinforce competitiveness.
　　Under the circumstance, CPC has supported the policy of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan to integrate agricultural production and industrial and commercial management practice, work with technological specialists, and conduct education and training and manage the diagnosis and guidance of onsite improvement embedded in agriculture marketing for the construction of agriculture management and guidance system. CPC strives to integrate and construct a reciprocal environment for agriculture and agricultural enterprises; also, to work with the industry for the realization of “reinforcing agricultural performance,” “constructing agricultural disintegration system,” “improving agricultural process,” “pursuing agricultural safety and peace of mind,” and “deploying marketing and linking to the world.”
　　For example, “produces production and sales resume system” is the essential requirements of customers in food safety and in peace. The distribution and sales are conducted according to the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), to Good Hygienic Practice (GHP). It is similar to the Business Excellence Service Taskforce in Agriculture providing one contact window for the value chain of R&D, production, and brand name marketing in order to help enterprise improve process, upgrade business performance and competitiveness, construct strategic alliance and industrial disintegration, and deploy internationally and reinforce industrial competitiveness by the technology service platform of the Business Excellence Service Taskforce in Agriculture.
