Due to the trend of globalization and digitization, Taiwan faces worldwide competitiveness
and fast growth economic development in Mainland China, as well as Taiwanese companies
outsourcing issues, and etc. It becomes important for Taiwan education to upgrade
global competitiveness by speedy improvement in integration and innovation of Taiwan
knowledge management.
According to the economic development bureau’s estimate, Taiwan average fundamental
human resource gap around 310 ~330 thousands people, especially, the gap of advanced
human resource management will be 40 ~50 thousands people. In this case, we can
understand how strong the need from industries is. Additionally, the number of students
is declining year by year so that the gap between actual students and estimate students
will be around 100 thousands. Such case will cause some schools to reduce the number

authority will focus on how to establish systematical school management and position
